JMG Limited is seeking to employ the services of Call Centre Supervisor in Lagos and Ibadan, Nigeria.

Summary of Position:  

Responsible for providing product/service information; responding to queries, complaints and ensuring they are resolved at the earliest.

Qualification:

B.Sc/HND, Diploma in related field

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience  

Skills:

Good communication, good knowledge of generators
