Dressmeoutlet.com is currently recruiting super-smart, young leaders to join our company. We are looking for the brightest, most ambitious go-getters and recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s within the past 5 years) to join us in excelling and growing beyond our greatest expectations. We are specifically recruiting for the following positions:


1. Nationwide Buyers

This is a very important front-office position that will entail meeting with and managing hundreds of prominent supplier accounts. Nationwide buyer(s) must be very organized, responsibile, efficient, respectful, polite, hardworking and thorough. Must be willing to work late nights and weekends or as the business demands. Buyers will have monthly targets and expectations. Must adhere to all company rules and policies. Will be expected to thoroughly understand Dressmeoutlet.com’s customers, work strongly with the pricing analysts, sales team and warehouse managers. Must be experienced in negotiations, sales and relationship building. Will be expected to travel nationwide 60% of the time and attend trade shows and fairs.

2. Sales Representatives – Field & Digital

This is one of our most important front-office positions. You totally must be a people-person, a public-speaker, a friendly-gem. If you are looking for a fun position that would provide you ample opportunities to socialize and network then by all means, apply. Otherwise, this job is not for you. Our sales representatives are ambitious go-getters and unique leaders. Super-confident, energetic, fashionable, neat, sharp, intelligent and daring are some characteristics we would use to describe our sales leaders. Applicants should preferably have a Bachelor’s Degree from a notable university. Master’s degree would be a plus.

3. Models/Faces of Dressmeoutlet.com

Dressmeoutlet.com is looking for beautiful women, men and kids to be the official faces of our banner ads and product displays. Must be naturally good looking without make-up. Must have good hair and must be very-well presentable. Must have a killer smile and an attractive attitude. This would be a long-term, contract opportunity for the right person/people. (Include with your application, 7 face and full-length images.)

4. IT Specialists

Must be a well-rounded computer-science expert, skilled in software development and management. Will be expected to assis employee with IT related issues such as email configuration, hardware installation, application management, content uploading, errors mitigation, development research and more. Must be a fast-learning,always-ready-to work, always-ready-to-help, amiable person.

5. Photographers and Graphic Design Specialists

Proficiency in digital photography, studio lighting, Photoshop software and Lightroom software. Must be knowledgeable in graphics and web designing. Expected to be creative and very organized. Must have a yearn for perfection and a drive for excellence. Must be a fast-learner, a people-lover, a friendly person and able to take instructions very well. Must be dedicated to the position full-time and long-term.

6. Graduates and Interns

We are seeking to hire 4 interns/graduates under our 2016 rotational program. Candidates will gain exposure to many departments including Sales, Warehousing, Studio/Photography, CEO’s Office, Finance and Fleet Management. Candidates must be recent graduates, pre or post NYSC.

7. Dispatch Driver(s)

Must have a minimum of SSCE certificate to apply. Graduate degrees preferred. Must be polite, likable, energetic, trustworthy, sharp and ambitious. Must know how to use google maps and must be familiar with Lagos State and surrounding states at a minimum.

8. Receptionist

Must be a graduate preferably with a Business Administration degree. Must be courteous, neat, polite, clean and hardworking. Must be very approachable, presentable and good-looking. Will be the first person our partners and customers see when they come into our Dressmeoutlet.com office. Will manage adminstrative tasks for the Executive team and other employees.

9. Human Resources Manager

Must have a University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field. Human resources manager will be responsible for managing all employee-related matters inclusive of recruitment, culture development, trainings, handbook adherence, conflict resolution, departments organization and employee welfare. Candidate must be disciplined, independent, hardworking and very passionate about the goals, mission, vision and alignment of Dressmeoutlet.com
