Our company in Lagos seeks a productive and competent person for the position of a Receptionist and must possess key qualities.
1. The candidate should be outgoing and friendly with an excellent personality and a natural talent for customer service.
2. The candidate must have experience and possess knowledge of the computer.
3. He/she should be able to make reservations or appointments bookings.
4. He/she should be able to answer guest calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up.
5. He/she should be able to maintain constant communication with clients.
1. Six(6) months customer service experience required.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. He/she must have the ability to utilize IT tools such as MS Word, Excel on a basic level.
1. All applicants must have a minimum of SSCE, ND, OND and NYSC Discharge Certificate.
