Deloitte Nigeria is seeking Sector Financial Specialist to join its workforce.

Position Description
The Sector Financial Specialist will be responsible for supporting and advising on several critical initiatives for the Program over the next six months, including but not limited to the development of the End-to-End Sector Assessment and associated Roadmap and the facilitation of FGN and donor working group meetings to validate the findings and recommendations proposed in these key Program deliverables. In this capacity, the Consultant will help the Program to collect key deliverable inputs and validate structure and messaging of key deliverables with the goal of encouraging buy-in on the findings and recommendations from the new administration following the February 2019 elections and subsequent administrative leadership changes.
Position Responsibilities
Under this Scope of Work, the Consultant shall perform, but will not be limited to, the following tasks:
  • Support the collection of key numerical data inputs for the development of the Sector Financial Assessment, and subsequent analysis, as necessary
  • Drafting, validation, and review of background-relevant elements of the End-to-End Sector Assessment, including
  • the Sector Financial Assessment and
  • the Long-term Planning Capacity, Mechanisms, Opportunities, and Impacts Assessment
  • Support in facilitating and convening FGN and donor working group meetings to validate findings and recommendations

Required Skills

Educational Requirement
  • All applicants are expected to have either a minimum of an MS/MA/MBA with at least 6 years of relevant experience; a BS/BA degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience or a degree less than a BS/BA with at least 8 years of experience.
